Pain Free With Homeopathy
Dr. Ashok Borkar, as a physician, has delved deeply into his field to discover new pathways for treatment through dedicated research. Mr. Sagar Utagi, throughout his professional career, has been closely associated with the field of medicine—initially through medical electronics and later through his work in primary and secondary care hospitals with a focus on emergency management.
The idea of starting a Pain-Free Clinic emerged through a series of discussions, during which it became clear that the enormity of the problem was immense and that the conventional medical approach was insufficient.
Our mission is to offer people a path toward living pain-free—a journey toward ease, balance, and better living. Living without pain is more than simply removing discomfort; it is about restoring freedom. It means being able to move without hesitation, rest without disturbance, and fully engage in the moments that matter. Whether physical, emotional, or stress-related, pain quietly influences how we show up in the world. A pain-free life is, therefore, a return to possibility.

Dr. Simran Ashok Borkar
Dr. Simran Ashok Borkar completed her BHMS from Dr. D.Y. Patil Homeopathic Medical College, Pune. She pursued her internship at Chandaben Mohanbhai Patel Homeopathic College & Hospital, Mumbai, and successfully completed it in 2022.
She has three years of clinical experience working under Dr. Ashok Borkar, which has helped her strengthen her clinical judgment and therapeutic skills. Dr. Simran is highly proficient in detailed case-taking and accurate prescription, ensuring individualized and effective homeopathic treatment for her patients.

He completed his graduation from Osmania University in Hyderabad, in BA Economics. He started of his career working as an Executive administration at Nasan Medical Electronics Pvt, a pioneering company manufacturing PC based medical diagnostic instruments in the Mid nineties in India. From and admistrator to the factory manager and moving ahead to the marketing department of the company over the years. . After completing 8 years of service in Nasan, in the year 2001, he teamed up with Dr.Aman B. PrabhuGaonkar to float Chikitsa Medical Services to start the first industrial hospital in Goa at Verna Industrial Estate.
Chikitsa Hospital was started in the year 2002 at Verna Industrial Estate.
Sagar Utagi has also worked in the field of detoxification and rehabilitation of people with substance abuse . He setup residential Care rehabilitation Centers which combined Indian approach and western treatment therapy for rehabilitation. In the year 2010, his Firm firm ventured into a multi speciality Hospital in Margao -Goa named MotherCare Hospital a multi speciality set up.
Mr. Sagar Utagi is also associated with Orchiid Skills Hub a firm, which is into Skill Development Education. Fresh and healthy food delivery.
